PAYING CONDITIONS

If you book on line Paypal will do a debit of 30% of the total of your booking; if you contact us to book we will ask for a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount.

The remain shall be paid in cash at the end of your stay.

CANCELATION POLICY

- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do it in written, by fax or e-mail. You have to receive our confirmation of cancelation.

You shall cancel until 20 days before the night of arrival or you will lose your booking fee.

- In bookings for July and August you must cancel 45 days in advance or you lose your booking fee.

- In case of no show, and if you had a booking of more than 1 night, we can’t guarantee the availability for the rest of the nights.

- If the guests decide to interrupt their stay and leave in the middle of it all the confirmed nights must be paid for, with a 10% discount.

INFORMATIONS:

- Our meals are available. You need to book 24h in advance.

- Some pets are accepted, under prior notice.

- There is no phone in the houses.

- Houses will be cleaned every day.

- The swimming pool doesn't have a protection around it. Don't leave children unattended outside the houses.

- It is not aloud to smoke inside the houses.

- Children are very welcome.
