THROUGH HILLS AND VALLEYS IN SERRA D'OSSA
A jeep ride in this area had to be in Serra d'Ossa. Breathtaking firebreaks, stunning views and equally beautiful valleys. On the way visit the lovely Convento de São Paulo / Saint Paul Convent, a hidden dolmen and Vila do Redondo where you can visit a wine museum and a pottery house. If there is time you can also visit a quarry.

STONES OF HISTORY
By jeep set off in the direction of the green areas of Valverde and Guadalupe where some of the most emblematic parts of the archaeological heritage of the Évora region are: the cromoleque - cromlech and menir dos Almendres - menhir of Almendres, Anta do Zambujeiro, the ruins of Castelo de Giraldo / Giraldo Castle and the ruins of the termas romanas de Tourega - Tourega roman baths. Somewhere in the shadow of a holm oak, celebrate history with a happy hour typical of the Alentejo region.
THROUGH ARTS AND CRAFTS
Jeep ride with visits to different craftsmen and local producers. Next go to the cheese dairy of Herdade da Amendoeira where you can see cheese being made and learn about this old art. In this farm you can also visit the distillery and the honey production atelier. After this go to Herdade da Ravasqueira, where you can visit this fabulous farm, the coach museum and wine cellar. At the end, who would want to miss a wine tasting session? If you wish you can have a picnic lunch (charged separately). Next go on to Arraiolos, visit a carpet shop and the beautiful historic centre. Here also stop for lunch (not included). The guide may give suggestions of restaurants with varied prices. We also suggest you try the magnificent bacon pastries. After lunch you’ll use up some calories by going up to the castle, which has fabulous views. Visit the fantastic Aldeia da Terra / County’s village, a typical village from the Alentejo area built in clay with representations of all local miniature arts and crafts. Gorgeous! After this go by the Divor reservoir and do some four-by-four before going back to Évora.
